🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Grip Tape (once applied or opened)
- Lifestyle items (if tags are removed or worn)
- Hoodies & Jackets (if worn or washed)
- Custom or personalized items
- Any products showing signs of use or wear

Step 2: Wait for Authorization
We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Don’t ship anything until you get this!
Step 3: Package Your Item
Include the original packaging, all accessories, and a copy of your order confirmation. Make sure everything is secure for the journey back to us.
